Question 1

Do you really answer 24/7?

Accepted Answer

Yes - a real human, never a voicemail. Emergency dispatch covers Aurora, Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan and surrounding York Region overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Question 2

How fast can you get here?

Accepted Answer

For emergency calls inside Aurora, average arrival is under 60 minutes. Same-day service is standard for non-emergency requests booked before 2pm.

Question 3

Do you charge a service-call fee?

Accepted Answer

No dispatch fee for any job we complete on the same visit. Diagnostic-only visits are $70, fully credited toward the repair if you proceed.

Question 4

Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes - fully licensed Ontario plumbing contractors with full liability insurance and WSIB coverage.

Question 5

Do you give upfront pricing?

Accepted Answer

Always. We diagnose first, quote a fixed price, and only then start work. No hourly meter, no surprise add-ons.

Question 6

What if you arrive late?

Accepted Answer

We schedule honest arrival windows and keep you posted. If anything is running behind, you hear from us before the window - no waiting around wondering.

Question 7

Do you do renovations or only repairs?

Accepted Answer

Both. Alongside repair and emergency work, we do full renovation plumbing - bathroom and kitchen rough-ins, basement bathrooms, and fixture installation - working from your plans or with your contractor.

Question 8

Can you install a fixture I bought myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Install-only is a normal job for us. We check the fixture fits your rough-in, install it to code, pressure test it, and take away the old one.
