Pricing
If we do the job, you only pay the flat price you approved. There is no dispatch fee, and the $70 diagnostic is fully credited toward your repair. A licensed plumber diagnoses the problem first, then gives you a fixed quote before any work begins. There is no hourly meter and there are no surprise add-ons.
Diagnostic visit
$70 CAD, credited to your repair
Go ahead with the repair and the full $70 comes off your bill, so you only pay the quoted price. No dispatch fee for any job we complete on the same visit.
How pricing works
- 1. Call or request service. A live dispatcher answers (647) 424-2165 24/7 and gives you an honest arrival window.
- 2. Diagnose. A licensed plumber finds the actual cause, not just the symptom.
- 3. Flat quote. You get a fixed price for the whole job before any work starts.
- 4. You decide. Approve the quote and we fix it, usually on the same visit because our vans carry common parts. The $70 diagnostic is credited toward it. If you decide not to go ahead, the $70 diagnostic is the only charge.
What is included
- No dispatch fee when the job is completed on the same visit.
- No overtime charges for nights, weekends or holidays.
- Upfront, flat pricing for the full job, with labour and parts quoted together.
- Licensed Ontario plumbers, full liability insurance and WSIB coverage.
- A clean exit: we protect your floors and clean up before we leave.
Why we quote on site
Two jobs with the same name can be very different. Access, the age and type of your pipes, the parts needed and local code requirements all change the work. Instead of an online range that may not apply to your home, we give you a firm price after seeing the job, and that price does not change unless you approve more work.
Pricing questions
How much does a plumber cost with Plumber On Dial?
If we do the work, you only pay the flat price you approved: there is no dispatch fee for any job we complete on the same visit, and the $70 diagnostic is fully credited toward the repair. Every job is quoted on site, because the right fix depends on what the plumber finds. A licensed plumber diagnoses the problem, then gives you a fixed price before any work starts.
Do you give free quotes?
We don't quote blind over the phone, because an accurate price depends on seeing the job. A licensed plumber diagnoses the problem on site and gives you a flat quote. The $70 diagnostic is fully credited toward the repair, so if we do the job, getting the quote costs you nothing extra. The $70 is only charged on its own if you decide not to go ahead.
Is there a dispatch or service-call fee?
No dispatch fee for any job we complete on the same visit. The only standalone charge is the $70 diagnostic, and only if you decide not to go ahead with the repair.
Why don't you list prices for each job?
Two jobs with the same name can be very different. Access, the age and type of your pipes, parts and local code requirements all change the work. Instead of a range that may not apply to your home, we give you a firm price after seeing the job.
Do you charge extra for nights, weekends or holidays?
No. There are no overtime charges. Emergency calls are quoted the same way: a flat price you approve before work starts.
Can the price change after I approve the quote?
The price you approve is the price of the job. If we find something new that needs extra work, we explain it and quote it before doing anything more.
