About Plumber On Dial

Plumber On Dial is a licensed and insured residential plumbing company based in Aurora, Ontario. We handle repairs, 24/7 emergencies, installations and renovation plumbing for homeowners across York Region and Toronto. One phone line covers all of it, and a live dispatcher answers it around the clock.

What we do

• Emergency plumbing, 24/7. Burst pipes, flooding, sewer backups and no hot water, including nights, weekends and holidays. See emergency plumber.
• Service and repair. Drain cleaning, leak detection, faucets and fixtures, water heater repair and sewer and mainline work.
• Installations. Toilets, faucets, showers, tank and tankless water heaters, softeners and filtration, and dishwasher and fridge lines. We do supply-and-install or install-only, and everything is installed to code and tested before we leave. See fixture installation.
• Renovation plumbing. Rough-in and finish plumbing for bathrooms, kitchens and basement bathrooms. We work from your plans or alongside your contractor.

Where we work

We are based in Aurora and dispatch across York Region and into Toronto: Aurora, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, Stouffville, East Gwillimbury, Bradford and Toronto. Not sure if we cover your street? Call and ask. See the full service area.

How a job works

• A real person answers. You talk to a dispatcher, not a voicemail, and get an honest arrival window.
• Diagnose first, then a flat quote. A licensed plumber finds the problem and gives you a fixed price. Work only starts once you approve it. There is no hourly meter and there are no surprise add-ons.
• Fixed on the spot when we can. Our vans carry common parts, so most repairs are finished on the first visit.
• Clean exit. We protect your floors and leave the space cleaner than we found it.

Pricing

If we do the job, you only pay the flat price you approved. There is no dispatch fee for any job we complete on the same visit, and the $70 diagnostic is fully credited toward the repair. Every job gets an upfront flat price before any work begins. See how our pricing works.
